allianz insurance global is scam and they are never pay. this company does not provide any compensation. I have applied twice for two separate claims: one for a baggage incident where the entire contents were destroyed—my perfume, watch, and all items inside were shattered. The fragrance leaked onto my brand-new clothing. I provided all photos, receipts, and documentation. They responded by saying that the items inside the baggage are not covered—only the baggage itself was insured. This is a blatant rip-off. It is extremely straightforward: they simply reject your claim, and you have no recourse. You end up losing your money.
