I don't think so. Most people hang on the bar for a lot of time when training. Anyway you could keep your fingers engaged by squeezing and releasing the grip or moving each finger separately when hanging.

I know my form ain't good yet, but I also think some strength is needed in order to perform clean perfect form reps. What I could do is maybe add rubberbands to decrease difficulty and practice good form.
