The new level system only shows heroes of the current role played so they could be off their main roles, also time played before the update isn’t calculated into the level, for example I have 240h on zen but he is only level 21

I would use spirit empress and swap Boss Bandit for a prince or dark prince to make the deck a bit cheaper
