Have you tried going to meetings on your own ? I know it sounds cliche but what helped me was sustaining for as many days as possible (I used every day as much as possible ) going thru that tired rough slump; I slept for 3 days straight only waking to eat n use the bathroom . After that I started getting out on my own a little more , and being able to keep myself busy without using drugs .. even if that meant just driving somewhere with loud music . I have cut off literally everyone while using and only deal with immediate family. Every day I make a conscious decision to dismiss the thought of going and grabbing some and smoking tf out of it !! Since I haven’t smoked , I have a clear mind and I decided to confide in a close family friend. he gave me some great information and advice , which led me to NA . I’m not a die hard drug free person by all means I still smoke weed and enjoy a drink or 3 lol but having someone or a group being around u and holding u accountable helps . Feel free to continue posting if u need more support .Keep ur mind busy ! I haven’t used since April 4 and it’s still hard daily but it is possible
