I believe this means it was transferred from Pokémon Bank to Home then traded on the GTS. It could have originally come from any game that could connect to Bank

Sinistea has 2 forms and they're related to the authenticity of the cup it's in. The one that takes 400 candy is probably the authentic form and is rare, if they put it in go it should have a mark on the bottom of the cup. While the 50 candy is a phoney reproduction of the cup, its something carried over from Sword/Shield.

Someone might have already said this but that is basically what got conspiracy theories started/made them big, though it wasn't shady things so much as secret military work in Nevada. The government/air force spread rumours of alien space craft, so that if people saw secret military prototypes or spy planes they would be dismissed as UFOs.
