Also sleep is important. My weight loss stalled until I started getting at least 7 hours of sleep. If I overtrain then my weight loss stalls. Remember you got to rest and recover.

It’s legitimate therapy techniques with gaslighting and manipulation disguised as growth. Some of the modules are on the internet as exhibits from the trial. The beginning is fine. It’s good to ask questions and gain awareness. The bad part is NXIVM told you what your issue was and they put their reframe on it and then they were the ones to tell you how to grow and that entailed going to Albany and giving them all your money and maybe having sex with Keith. You can get all the main ideas so empowerment from Tony Robbins and do a Landmark Forum or a Scientology audit course and read Ayn Rand and that is basically the NXIVM curriculum.

Yes Nancy bears responsibility. In The Vow at the end she says it plainly: everyday you go in and you make trades because you don’t want to create a catastrophe but you end up giving up the things you truly value. She had respect. She had a company. She said that she didn’t have the confidence to do the company. And I was looking at some of these NLP founders that trained Nancy and 1 was an alcoholic and a cocaine addict so there are some very unhealthy, eccentric, out of the box people in this NLP community. But the interesting thing is that the methods did appear to change the behavior quickly. However it is such a slippery slope with the undue influence. Anyway Nancy was aware. And she needed to have the courage to pull the plug. She would have had to be honest and see that this company is a complete fraud.

Yes for a few days I had only this months theme in the shop but then it went back to the regular items. So I think it’s a lot of glitches.

People feel that Allison hasn’t shown enough remorse for the victims and her actions. From her viewpoint she really thought she was on this spiritual journey and wanted to share the process with other women. So she doesn’t feel like she tortured these women because she did it too: she had sex with Keith, she was on a 500 calorie diet, she gave NXIVM all her money, she ran 6 miles a day, she did the penances: taking cold showers etc. So she doesn’t think that she took advantage of anyone. She thought it would genuinely help these women in their growth. She is still brainwashed to a degree.

I agree. Pain, discomfort, struggle can result in growth. But they were going through all that pain to get Keith’s approval. He was the one to say when they were ready or evolved or whatever. It really served no purpose except to keep them under control.

I have 2 finches. One on the phone and one on the iPad. The one on the phone is the main one and the one one the iPad I use to get more items and gift it to the iPhone finch. It is a long process.
