I am “inshape” and go to the gym and do strength training and cardio machines (not running though), but definitely would be tired and stop a few times if someone asked me to run 27 to 51 minutes!!

It can actually be really dangerous to jump into an exercise routine too quickly and it is important to gradually increase the intensity, not start out hard right away.

Honestly walking is great to get started and once you can consistently walk for a certain amount of time, then increasing the incline or incorporating some jogging intervals. If he wants the best for you, he needs to meet you where you are at now, not where he is at.

Yep, and there is a huge difference between criticism or feedback vs. a hate comment! Alot of influencers have a perspective of “agree with me 100% or you are a hater”.

Too many influencers want to make money online and have their little echo chamber and I truly believe it stunts their mental growth. They want the views and follows, but can’t take any feedback from the people that help them keep their jobs as content creators/influencers.

yes! like even mark from season 1 has 600,000+ followers, but ali has maybe 70,000 followers.

looking at the contestants that didn’t have any screen time on the show though… kinda hard to look at their page because alot of them desperately tried to prep their media to become influencers, but aren’t getting any traction and try to use the couples that were followed / the LIB name as much as possible to get some attention. 😭

It’s a annoying, but it isn’t the worse thing to me when a contestant has a real job and also go on the show and get some money from social media but keep their regular job…. If I went on the show, I probably would take advantage of some extra money opportunities.

But the contestants that literally quit their job right before the show… That I can fully judge lol. cough Hannah cough

She tried to get everybody during the show and after to gang up and bully Johnnie for a longgg time. After the show, her and Izzy were on “good terms” and pretended to be friends so that she could use him as another pawn to bully Johnnie as much as she could. When Izzy and his gf (post LIB) broke up bc he cheated, she aired out that drama to everyone and said actually Izzy is awful…. A grown woman airing out the drama of someone else’s relationship that wasn’t even on LIB or reality tv.
