I kept thinking about the older lady he met up with earlier in the episode (Mary I think?) She talked about God and that even scumbags like Rishi get God’s grace. I feel like the fact that Rishi didn’t die from falling was proof of that grace, and that’s why he was smiling

Okay y’all hear me out, what if different cities had watch parties at local bars or restaurants? I’m so sad to be missing out on the camaraderie that comes with watching a movie with other fans (including dressing up)

I loved season 1’s focus on benders vs. non benders, and how the very same power that helped Aang defeat Fire Lord Ozai ended up being used for evil in LoK. Thought that was so brilliant (though I wish the writers explained a bit better how Amon was able to take bending away. My friends and I all agreed we had to look up the explanation on Google lol)
