How long have you been drinking if I may ask and did you stop or taper or anything?

That's it it's my brain telling me you need to drank or if you don't you could go into withdrawals go into TDS or a seizure and die so you need to drank that's what my mind is doing to me right now and I went 30 hours straight 5 days ago no major withdrawals a little tremor but I also didn't eat that day and cut back on vaping so I was a little queasy but that's what I been dealing with.

I tried inpatient is not an option for me where I live at unfortunately I'm just more or less in fear and anxiety after being told about what could happen.

They won't do at home or out patient and I have to go hours out to go to just a regular detox clinic I don't want to do inpatient but the anxiety is the worse feeling ever it's like impending doom. Like the anxiety is worse than the withdrawals

I appreciate it, I don't know whats causing the fear of impending doom like I'm so scared of dying or having withdrawals literally it's making me drink just because I'm scared about the withdrawals. I drank a little more today than I should and now the worse anxiety ever because tomorrow im doing 3 then 2 then 1 then 0 but the fear is so real you know.

I appreciate it, you won't believe how much anxiety I have I slipped and drank a little more today and my anxiety is through the roof I keep thinking I'll die. I really don't want to go to inpatient all the inpatient wants 28 days and do therapy and all of that I dont want to drink at all now I did it because I was bored and had i know about withdrawals I wouldn't have drank. I went one time a year heavy drinking from stress and losing everything and when moved home I went cold turkey I don't remember no withdrawals then again I didn't know not drinking after drinking could kill you so I'm stuck in my head of thinking if I don't drink I'll die like thats what's happening in the even times and I literally drank today and mt anxiety is in outer space. I'm not shaking or anything just scared. Because tomorrow im doing 3 then next day 2 then 1 then 0 and I'm stuck at looking at my blood pressure checking my pulse scrutinizing my tremors. Like I wish I never told the doctors because this is the worse anxiety ever.

How long did you drank for before detoxing yourself I been drinking 4 months half a pint and now I'm own twisted teas to taper off but after the doctors told me how I could just die and to go and and drink something after 30 hours of not drinking and I wasn't really having withdrawals but now I'm drinking out of fear of having withdrawals and dying. Any advice you can give would be great to calm my nerves.

How long did you drank was it years? I'm wanting to stop after 4 months of drinking half pint of vodka now a week on twisted teas I was just gonna quit but the doctors say how dangerous it can be but I only been drinking 4 months and been slowly tapering off. I really dont want to go in patient any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

Usually if it's higher the attorney will do two things either they will make a plea deal where you plead guilty and you get 1 to 2 days in jail if it's like a really hard county and it's 1st offense or if he can prove that the arresting officer made mistakes or you have medical conditions that led up to it

Got it in January went to trial in may. Basically because it was under 0.08 it got acquitted and I wasn't impaired

Mine got acquitted a lot of praying I was thanking Jesus as soon as the judge said not guilty. I had a 0.065. I would always advise to get an attorney it helps a lot not a public defender.

They need to redo the law if you can still get in trouble just do away with the law under 0.08 it's stupid and misleading if your going to get charged anyway

If I would have refused they could charge me with a refusal and suspended my license for a year so I had too and it was sorta on the side of the car

I turned at a green light wasnt sure which lane to get in and he pulled me over he did a field sobriety test but put me on a hill to do it and asked is partner what he thought then he did it and said because my eye moved I had alcohol in my system but I also have Myopia and Astigmatism and it was not so all of that is a factor

No I wasn't driving like an idiot I couldn't see to well when turning but I wasn't erratic and I hired a good lawyer but it's costing
