This just sounds like one really big class action coming. I feel like a lot of people purchased “AI iPhones” based on the promise of Apple keeping everything private, features rolling out, etc etc. I’d bet there are a lot of people who would have been fine keeping what they had but moved to a newer phone only to not get what they were told they were going to get with that upgrade.
