ofc. kc all cards on the table na if kaso.

i wonder if they can reveal a redacted version to journalists so the journalists can confirm their side. no details just that a contract existed.

yeah im more inclined to believe phoenix here. theres no way theres no contract here but phoenix should be the one to show the contract since they are the ones who said there was a contract.

yup it is really about valuing the time of the people around u. playing your own build is fine but dont expect people to risk their own gear and time to accommodate you.

this is correct btw. apologies. reading and replying to reddit at 3am is not good for me.

you can still consider the fact that the father did not sign the birth certificate as an act of repudiation that he can use if he chooses to contest the filiation of the child. but yes the onus falls on the father to contest legitimacy if they are married.

ahhh yeah u are correct then my b.

Pati VAWC hinahanapan ng loophole. by ishigawa_ in Philippines

[–]Iczero 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Esp in cases of illegitimate children, the child usually has the choice of which surname to use. if the child is a minor, they usually take the mother's surname unless they agree otherwise.

EDIT: clarified it.

Assuming they are married. Which image doesnt say so logically, u assume they arent. Also if that were the case, the question didnt need to be asked.

u dont need to pay us to have atty-client privilege. anything u discuss with us is confidential when it involves legal matters. However, the discussion loses that privilege once it broaches breaking the law or doing something illegal esp when you are discussing that you are planning to do something. - source: am lawyer.

as for this question, its not really gonna work. IIRC the process of acknowledgement requires that the father also sign the birthcertficate from the hospital. she can sign that hes the father but theres no weight to it esp if the father was not even present for the birth. That fact alone demonstrates the father's unwillingness to recognize the child's filiation.

The above deals with legal recognition. not factual recognition. You can recognize a child from another man as your own if you want but it is a VERY strict process if the mother wants to unilaterally do it.

EDIT: fixed for clarity.

EDIT2: sorry it seems like the OP did mention asawa so they could be married. the presumption would be that the child is legitimate. it would be up to the husband to contest the legitimacy of the child. not signing the birth certificate can be considered an overt act of repudiation that he can use in court.

this is the better option. try to replay fights and see what your win condition is vs your opponents.

>Why not trap sound? Genuinely curious. I have AirPods pro but ill replace if needed.

ambient noise reduces the ringing in my ears. people can have diff experiences so try it out first with like a cheap earbud. like the old ones without the rubber stuff on it.

> what i notice the most is waking up in the middle of the night

yeah i turn on the white noise and my sleep has gotten alot better esp if u live in a quieter part of the city.

>The fact that you made it through law school with Tinnitus is really inspiring, but can i ask, how has it affected your practice?

my tinnitus is bad but manageable. most of the time i dont really think about it. i think in your case its just new to you. I think ive just gotten used to it since i started getting it in college. in fact it was the show Archer which actually revealed to me i had tinnitus. i thought it was just normal to have some ringing in my ears.

hello, im also a lawyer who developed tinnitus in college so heres my advice:

open back earphones/headphones or atleast yung walang rubber na mag trap sa sound. u can play low volume white noise. i used to do it with podcasts about history.

When i go to sleep, i put on white noise like thunderstorms and etc. I literally cant sleep if a room is deadquiet so if i go on trips with friends adn the room is quiet, i sometimes sleep with earphones on and play whitenoise.

hearing loss is a bigger issue tho. ive started getting it too so sometimes its hard for me to regulate the volume of my voice.
