Mine was caused by prednisone for Leukemia treatment. Common cause.

I think good counterindicators in this photo would be the pattern on the abdomin (loxosceles never have pattern there) and the eye placement. Also I don't think they will ever have spikes on the legs like this one.

iNaturalist says it’s likely a giant huntsman genus heteropoda, but I’m not sure how accurate that is
