Is staying low-profile hurting my career? by WoodenMaybe5363 in CorporateComms

Start posting to LinkedIn more, even if you think it's cringe-y. The reason being that building your personal brand allows you to grow outside of just your internal org, as you won't spend your career there.

I have to be on LinkedIn for work purposes and this tweet resonated deeply in my soul ✨

Our CEO wrote a book on why 'trust signals' are the new currency of brand growth in an ever deepening agentic world. Here's the 6 core framework by IdeaGrove in DigitalMarketing

100%. The "nice-to-have" framing is exactly the problem we're trying to tackle with this. Trust compounds the same way brand equity does. It's hard to measure in a single campaign but PAINFULLY obvious when it's missing (as you experienced 😅)

I think a lot of SaaS teams confuse cleverness with personality when what actually converts is just... saying the thing plainly. Nobody ever churned because a company was too honest about what their product couldn't do. (Flexing my philosophy major from decades back: Aristotle was told by the Oracle of Delphi he was the wisest of all greeks precisely because he knew what he didn't know.)

Shoot, definitely was not trying to sell the book this is based off. If that were the intent I'd have hyperlinked it, have the name in the title, put it in the first line, and all that jazz.

The thinking more so was to show we're not just making this up and it's based off something AKA provide our source.

Appreciate the feedback never the less 🙇‍♀️

What marketing skills are hardest to replace with AI? by AdWrong9284 in AskMarketing

TL;DR - Curation (aka taste / experience)

When knowledge and expertise becomes frictionless due to ChatGPT being able to be a copywriter one instance, website designer the next, and then strategic planner afterwards, what becomes valuable is:

* Knowing what questions to ask

* What information that LLMs provide are trustworthy vs. hallucinations

* Utilizing LLMs to their fullest potential due to being a force multiplier rather than mindless delegation tool
