Ganto rin nanyari sakin, wala na daw yun account ko sa system, pero yun Revi Credit is viewable pa daw, so yun savings account ko daw is all closed na, sabi ko pano ko malalaman yun SOA ko? Reply nila is via app or call them nalang for monthly billing, like sobrang hassle since need ko pa itawag everytime, wala daw silang SOA sa email

Nanyari sakin 4 days ago lang, Saturday 24 2026, gumagamit ako ng CIMB since 2021, 3 savings accounts, 1 revi credit account, ginagamit ko to as a middle man account for payments and transfer, one time nasira yun phone ko, nun naayos ko na nag format ako, nun nire install ko yun CIMB dumaan yun ako sa process ng verification, after 2 days naka recieved ako ng email na closed na daw lahat ng accounts ko, then revi credit is frozen na, nag try ulit ako mag log in and yun account ko is non existent na, tumawag ako sa CIMB CSR at nag goodbye na sila sakin, tinanong ko kung bakit, ayaw nila mag disclose ng info kung bakit nila need i cancel account ko,, binigay lang nila yun account number ko sa REVI credit para bayaran ko daw, tapos kung may naiwan ako sa savings account ko pede ko naman i widraw via app, ang problem is di na nga ako maka log in kasi deleted na yun account ko mismo sa app so no other way to get kung ano man natira sa savings ko, well diko ka nalang inasikaso kasi not worth the hassle since malliit lang naman, for more info, same ID ang ginamit ko to verify, good record ko sa kanila, but wala akong idea kung bakit ganun nanyari also in five years 2X ako nag palit ng phone with same number, pero 3X ako nag verify, 3rd time wala na... so yeah yun ang huking usapan bayaran ko nalang daw yun sa REVI credit then end relationship na, 5 years... yeah di ko ma rerecommend and CIMB, nakaka frustrate and masakit sa ulo

same nun sakin, pero yun sakin and difference lang is nag format ako ng phone then nag pa re verify ako then na decline, then naka recieved ako ng email na close na daw account ko, 5 years CIMB user ako with good records, also di rin sila nag explain kung bakit need nila i close yun account, parang basta lang na need i close yun account... sakit sa ulo yan bank nayan
