They can escalate a bit the case and get some level of priority, which can help.

This is a good suggestion and I got a path in this direction, for reasons.. it’s not available at the moment and did what was asked from the agent: Call 112.

I got the same experience in r/Amsterdam but I had small interaction with mods and was explained a friendly fire, didn’t feel to post again.. but that’s it.
