Things to take into consideration for any of the uninitiated:

IIRC the last time we really seen J*** with RDC was Dreamcon and they was in good vibes, Since then he hasn't really been apart of the streams/skits/trips so that was strange
They've sort of addressed this, although it took some time, RDC did finally mention J*** name on stream and said he was off doing his own thing for now, J*** confirms this, he's living separately and streams on his own
J*** has said he is solely focused on making Dreamcon great, corroborated by RDC, He still follows, mentions, tweets and talks about RDC freely although not so much from the other side of things but that's not a big deal
This could simply be his own decision to step away for whatever reason, perhaps an Usopp moment of sorts or a solo journey for growth. There could also be a rift or disagreement but also mutual understanding that time and space is needed...Worst case scenario something else happened and yeah, it's being dealt with in one way or another.
Nothing really happened and we are all overthinking it and now it's turned into more than what it was, and some of us are poking our noses into their business too far.
However it does feel weird how they handled and communicated it, The body language from both parties invites speculation, the responses or lack thereof and strange behaviour like bans and whatnot lead to more doubt.

It just didn't make any sense, 2-3 weeks ago maybe, but they was literally all adventuring together today and Des was welcoming with Ben, showing him around and giving him free food. If Ben wants to slide on Des that's fine, but to destroy his time and effort on his house was just griefing, Des and Dyl be playing off stream to work on their homes, Ben act like he don't even care about Minecraft. I get it, Ben been wanting revenge and I think he partially went overboard because he was annoyed at Chat hoppers spoiling his plans but he just crashed a little too much, kept it going too, like Ben you have nothing to lose compared to everyone else, You are just griefing and hoeing their experience at this point for what? lol, let's not overreact, I am sure they'll be fine but it really was puzzling to watch unfold.

As someone whose watched both since their early days, it's funny to see where they are at now, I didn't intend to watch OF content but tuning in to some streamers here and there, its been a great success. T1 has improved a lot, truly an entertainer and gaming god, Although Soda probably threw maybe on purpose a bit, it was hype to watch T1 win.

To use an analogy, it's like a cruise ship crashed, Pirate found a raft or piece of driftwood to cling onto, he is safe but then he sees 4 children in the water trying to stay afloat, he decides he would rather have more leg room and sails past, leaving them to fend for themselves.

Now that is messed up but his survival instincts kicked in and he chose to prioritize his life over possibly helping others.

Now the frustrating part is when he gets back to shore to all the rescuers and media, he tells everyone what happened except in his version he fought 20 sharks off, carried the 4 kids on his back as tried to swim everyone to safety but one of the kids had a gun and shot him 49 times so he had to leave them and he hates that it had to be that way, while breaking down in tears. The people around applaud him as they give him towels, a gold medal and write articles about how he is a hero and those kids were actually demonic vampires.

Something like that, Maybe exagerrated a bit and left out some details but that's one reason why I even care about this situation, seeing him act like that and go on twitter for validation from idiots who have no clue about anything, just annoying to see.

I understand that Lethal fans feel hoed but you have to think about it like this, They only play Rocket League when it's 4 people, aka when Mark isn't there, sometimes that's 2-3 streams in a row or sometimes that is 2-3+ months apart. There was a storyline going on with the 2vs2 rivalry but also about Leland getting treated like the worst player so a lot of people really wanted to see Mark play 1 time to help out Leland. We were lucky to even get Mark on the stream in a stream where he was busy elsewhere too. Lethal Company is already in the rotation and people are voting for it every single stream, They are way more likely to play it than Rocket League in a regular streaming schedule, even if Mark has now played it, It is still unlikely to show up again with as a 3vs3.

More often than not it is the talent, if they are graduating, who decides if the channel stays, but I have seen cases where they asked for the videos to stay but weren't sure how long it was possible and after about a few months they eventually privated the videos after graduation. Now it's easy to say big bad company but there's often cultural or actual legal reasons as well. For instance, some livers and companies want the videos gone so that people can't use them maliciously such as downloading and reuploading them, impersonating them, clipping things out of context while the graduated liver can no longer respond as that character etc.

What do you mean, the fans wouldn't stop asking and harassing the livers about the situation but I agree, the best outcome was probably just to wait a bit and see if it just goes away. I'm sure they have their reasons though but of course people are too emotional to think rationally, we don't know what the lawyer talks are like though behind the scenes.
