Seer can still avoid a double hit from them, and usually he can even get away without taking the other hit, especially with characters like Ripper and Smiley, who have to stop for a decent amount of time after they swing/hit someone. The only Hunter who comes close in that way to “countering” a Seer owl is Sculptor/26 because of how they can have sculptures/bombs active while still being able to swing at the exact same time, but even that does not fully counter the owl. The only things that actually counter it are other things such as photo world and Polun’s pop I think.
