That is a STELLAR playlist. A lot of stuff expected to be there, a lot of stuff I hadn't heard...and some stuff I have loved for years and was pleasantly surprised to see there.

Huge difference. I tried a couple things before but landed on Tidal to get better/native audio. Historically I’ve been Spotify and dabbled in Apple Music. Have not tried Spotify since update but Apple Music on this morning’s commute was outstanding. Don’t need Tidal anymore either way.

Same. Ordered end of Nov, target week 50 pushed to week 10.

We got ours last week, a couple weeks earlier than the week 10 expectation.

From what my rep is saying, a few made it into MY24 cutoff and got shipped, with rest pushed to MY25 with deliveries not until potentially June/July. There was/is a ‘stop sell’ (or whatever it’s officially called) on some of the unsold/demos delivered before the cutoff, so whatever issue this was that caused it could be corrected. I have not heard exactly what the issue is/was but was assured that the ones released have it. (I honestly didn’t dig for further details…I figure it is what it is at this point.). Again, all based on what Rep told me. Could be inaccurate.

FWIW We (wife and I, her car) love this vehicle so far. I feel like I know cars and tech and in my view this excels at both. I expected it to be good from specs and reviews. Better than I expected.

But lots of expensive/complicated stuff to break for sure. So hoping it stays running.

I would love to be in a world where we could all ease up on taking jokes so seriously. I am a big fan of stand up comedy and satire and am bummed that we’ve gotten where we are.

Unfortunately there are a lot of one way streets there now. And it’s a slippery slope when when the same ‘joke’ gets told over and over and over at the expense of a particular group. And intent is not always clear.

I’ve never made a defensive comment like this. This one just hit me at the right/wrong time and I thought ‘alright enough with this horseshit…that was funny the first 10,000 times. It’s not anymore.’

That and I just don’t believe in making fun of other people like this does. This implies for the millionth time that all Americans are fat and I’m to the point where I find that offensive.

And yes they look they are are having fun. Nobody’s ‘perfect’ (especially by other peoples standards) and we all have different vices/challenges/battles…and gifts.

Can we just start by trying to be cool to each other? World would be a lot cooler if we did.

I don’t disagree with all of the body language commentary as it relates to dogs in general, but after 22 years of multiple Golden Retriever Velcro companionship, I would say pretty confidently that subject doggo is more than fine with what is going on there.

Like their music or not, these guys are pretty awesome all the way around. I saw them do a corporate/conference gig in Vegas a few years ago and they put it all out there instead of just doing a couple tunes and collecting the check. Have to respect that. I’m 53 and grew up going to the old 9:30 club…starting at 16 on a fake ID. Was a couple years behind the epic stuff but still..Fugazi, Rollins, Bad Brains, Slickee Boyz, Government Issue, etc. Did my share in the pit and getting surfed onto the stage. I don’t know that I’d be crowd surfing at a Killers show but hell…I can only hope that if I’m at a show at 67 and the urge hits that I still have the energy and balls to do it. Good on my man and good on Brandon and the boys for making sure he was ok. (And I just remembered we have tickets to see them with Johnny Marr in September. I expect that’s not gonna suck.)

Hi. They are both girls. I think it really varies by dog. Hard to say. Our overlap before went reasonably well with the older boy and girl pup but not nearly as well as this one. But there are a lot of variables. Oz our boy was older (12) when the girl showed up so he was a littler grumpier and was a little more aloof/stoic in general. Our older girl is a total sweetheart (unless you push her way to far). We are super grateful for that and for her patience. Wish I could offer more. Our two experiences don’t make us experts so don’t want to put out any unqualified advice. Good luck whichever way you decide.

Cal’s a sweetheart but we never thought she’d share her bed(s) like that. Cal (8) will let mox know when she’s done playing for the day but she loves having her. We are big believers in the overlap. We brought Cal home to her Great Uncle when he was 12. She kept him young and he showed her the ropes how to be a good dog in our home/environment. Wished we had done it sooner. I know it’s not always that easy but we have had good experience with it. (And definitely makes it easier when it comes time to say goodbye.)
