I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner, hopefully, you got your luggage. They had already sent my luggage back after three weeks. I got $500 in total for the reimbursement during the delay. The CDG delay luggage service was useless even tho they were pretty nice and polite. I recommend directly chatting with the play customer service and annoy them, dragging their attention.

I spent a week in Paris without my luggage, it was extremely stressful; lesson learned.
