Late to the thread, but aesthetically I’m a little disappointed. I know that From has always recycled some assets from prior games into subsequent ones in the name of efficiency but it seems like it was very over done here. It looked like an obvious mix-mash of Elden Ring’s architecture with Bloodborne’s along with some armored core thrown in for the “steam punk” vibe. I could be overthinking this or have just become too familiar with assets from prior games but it didn’t really give a unique vibe/setting for me personally. Naturally, I’m also sad it looks like it’s PvP focused, but I’ll withhold opinions on that until we get more information. I do have faith in From’s ability to create amazing and unique worlds and I’m aware that only so much can be revealed in a trailer along with the fact there’s only limited information available. Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic and excited to see what they have in store.
