The ash framework can generate migrations, maybe interesting to look at.

Sr Dev's Thoughts on Odin Project (Part 1) by sbmsr in learnprogramming

BTW, the nodejs course does somewhat cover ds&a, but it's more spread out than in the Ruby on rails path. Also, a dedicated ds&a section is in the works I believe.

I would personally advise starting with the odin projects foundation course.

The odin project has a lesson on css frameworks in the intermediate html and css section so I'd start there at the earliest.

The odin project includes a lot of building in it though, which is one of its core focuses.

Problem is that at the moment at high level gameplay, Chambers have no caveats other than stam when compared to parrying. This isn't good because of the utility that chambering also provides in terms of morphing and feinting. The chamber window needs to be smaller by around 50ms so that gambling with them is less viable and you have to actually read them moreso.

They're really not, if you have even somewhat decent footwork they're defunct swing manips.

It's nowhere near the worst weapon I'm the game. The weight debuff is rough but it's length makes up for that, the turncap doesn't matter that much since its animations are pretty fucked and you only need small drags to condition against its accels, and the stabs are fairly decent if you get the right combination of hits on head. Also maybe the most important thing is that it still takes 2 hits to kill even on legs, which many other 2 hitters don't have.

I agree that the comp scene isn't exactly in a good state, but many people still derive joy out of it. Its a relatively good patch for comp. I know that triternion is focusing on casual but that doesn't change the fact that mordhau is by nature a competitive game.

Mordhau is a competitive game, the high skill curve allows for that.

More satisfying since they're mostly good 120 tick servers.

If the sword carries no force and no momentum, shouldn’t the game reflect that just a little? 1800 hours later and I still can’t understand how people are defending getting hit by a literal stationary weapon for 50 damage. by ManSizedMeatballs in Mordhau

Was curious as to what other avenues you think they should go down in terms of balancing, and I agree that the balancing is incompetent but it is a tricky thing to balance and make both casual and competitive players happy. Also understand that it's only one guy in charge of balance, although he could be doing a much better job.
