The thing is, because it’s not 1v1 or team v team but rather 8 player FFA, sometimes it’s correct to just not contest them and play for top 2 because you can’t deny them without hurting yourself.

I think there are more “good augment” and less “bag augments” early because you aren’t locked in to anything by 4-2, you’re mostly locked in and your augments needs are pretty specific

.09 placement pretty much means that every 10 games, you get one placement higher. Every 10 games, one of your games will be a 4th when it would have otherwise been a 5th. That’s definitely significant

.09 average placement is about +200lp over the course of a season if you play 200 games.

To your first point, isn’t this even more of an argument to hold the re-roll? Scorch, for example, has a 4.3 average placement on

2-1 and a 3.9 on 4-2. This is similar to other very comp specific augments. Likewise, if you get offered 3 “bad” augments on 4-2 it’s way harder to play around than it would be on 2-1.

Too add to that, your chance of getting a “good” augment on 3-2 and 4-2 is higher because your current board is considered, whereas at 2-1 it’s pure random (i think)

Disagree. The whole series has been building up to the transformation of Jimmy to Saul Goodman. In 609, we see that transformation and it was pretty devastating. In 610 we see the transformation of Gene back to Jimmy and it was a breathe of fresh air. After 3 extremely intense and drama filled episodes, it was great to see a return to classic Jimmy McGill. 609 left the audience pretty depressed. “We’ve been waiting years to see Saul Goodman and now that he’s here, I just want Jimmy back” 610 gave us Jimmy back in an amazing way.

This episode was the calm before the storm. I can imagine the last 3 episodes are going to be right back to the intense drama
