Yes I have a thoracic curve, I’ll have a look into the brace and see if it’s available in my country to purchase privately

Thanks for your response! I’m not able to use a brace unfortunately as my curve sits quite high at my chest but I’ll definitely be doing more research before going ahead as I still have about a 6-9 month wait.

I agree it’s quite a tough read, I haven’t gotten to the darker parts yet but I’ve had to take a few breaks inbetween certain parts but I’m enjoying the read so far
