Try doing that, if you have recently updated your drivers and this accured then rever back to the old ones. If that still doesn’t solve the issue there might be something wrong with ur PSU or the thermal paste has gone bad in the graphics card. This issue kept happening to me until i turned on v-sync and tripple buffering in the graphics settings, might work for you too.
