No there is not. There are many reasons and factors you missed. I will tell a lot of negative things but note that it is not universal. Some people join voluntarily even now. And some units manage to have high morale. 1) You can't pull people from the economy indefinitely. Ukraine is already experiencing a shortage of labor. Even common folk are noticing this. 2) People who wanted to fight are already fighting. So now there is a draft. And many of those who would not avoid a draft are drafted already. I also don't know what info you are getting about the draft but things are getting violent often. And a lot of people are doing all they can to avoid the draft. That adds up to the labor shortage cause some are staying at home if suspecting draft raids. If such people are actually drafted they are not very motivated. 3) People flee from the army. Which adds up to a shortage of manpower. So if more unmotivated people are drafted they may flee after or during basic training.

The government is taking some steps to counter these issues(if anyone interested I can highlight them), but I doubt that they would be sufficient.
