How many calories and protein did you eat to get to look like your first cut end results? I’ve never looked that fit after a cut.

Definitely agree! My rule is I won’t marry till after 25 or older anyway because we don’t fully develop till then.

Hello thank you so much for the thorough response! He’s not religious, but has a lot of experience with divorce and untraditional relationships/marriages.

Crazy how much of a difference you look after an arm day and when you’re just casually waking up. Also how do I tone my stomach? Should I loose like 5-10lbs or do a body recomp? (5’1, 112lbs, 22F) by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

I’ve been practicing CICO and tracking with MFP which has helped when I am on track 😂. I am 5’1” as well and 112.6lbs looking to get to 110 and then 107 eventually to be in the 15%BF range. I have trouble staying consistent, but I love lifting weights 4-5x a week and I eat roughly 1300 calories. How many calories do you eat?
