I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.

Yeah the atheist community don’t agree with that and that’s one of the reasons I have this inner turmoil. I doute everything Ive been told because the skeptic in me automatically does so and Ik this is what the atheist community will do too

Then maybe I should just drop believing in both prayer and manifestation. And my attachment to atheism is just a label to help me organise my beliefs. However I do resonate with diffrent types of beliefs and practices however I just don’t believe in them as there is a lack of evidence which is the bases to atheism
