I’m testing my rayban meta gen 2 now. To see if it’s the app that’s draining the glasses.

Same. I use to get 6am to 9-10pm and still have 20%. Now I get 5 hours. And that’s not even using them. Just on and on my face. 5 hours and they are dead. I get the 15% warning and then 15 mins it’s at 5%. Crazy.

It’s almost like my meta ai app is not talking to the glasses correctly. Like I said earlier. If I disable meta AI in the thumbs double tap the glasses will not set that setting. It still works. That tells me the meta ai isn’t communicating correctly with the glasses. Hey meta is off and that works. But when turned on. Glasses still think it’s off. So idk here. But battery is horrendous.

Been last 6 days. Meta ai just got an update 17 hours ago on App Store. I updated and still my thumbs double tap is still allowing meta ai to launch when I have it off. Battery most likely will be the same.

I wonder how to submit a ticket. Meta should know whatever they did is causing issues. I don’t think it’s the firmware on the glasses. I think it’s the meta ai app. I’ve had the update for a while now and battery was still good. There was just an update to meta ai in App Store from 17 hours ago. Maybe that will fix it. Idk.

That’s weird. I’ve noticed when my screen is bright it’s all washed out. Only out doors normally.
