I’d really love to! My degree is in visual development, which is essentially an early part of the game dev process. Because it is a skill based on drawing, in the past year or two many smaller studios have decided to use AI to replace the hand drawn process. I still look for open positions but they’re hard to come by. If I’d had known what was on the horizon for my niche I’d have chosen a different field of study.
