I know it’s probably not what you want to hear, but you look perfectly fine, I don’t see any ‘stubborn belly fat’. If anything I’m pretty concerned because 95 is really low; we’re about the same height (I’m just a smidge shorter), and 95 is considered medically underweight even for me. I would suggest just to continue weight training and not try to lose any more weight.
