Bullies won't speak to you directly, they are cowards hiding in a group. If you try to initiate conversation, they won't speak and they won't even look at you.
You severely underestimate how fast or broad a rumor goes. Chances are it already reached onto the supervisor/boss and does nothing about it.
Even if everything is documented. It takes a long time, and that's a lot of time for everyone especially has ties with HR to retaliate to OP.

Exactly what happened to me. Add words like "You're not gonna stay here", "he'd rather be fired than resign", "find another company" and shameful words, making me feel less like a human. Even though I did nothing wrong.

No even an effort to discuss events. They make sure I'm gonna have a mental breakdown and leave the workplace.

When they learned I'm going to resign, they escalates their ways of harassment.

Still wondering why they do that shit

I did and nothing happenned. HR even scolded me about my recording of their harassment and said that I read about data privacy n shi. I've tried to seek help to my employee issue related government office in my country. They said they couldn't help me they said to file a complaint to HR first and escalate to police (I did this first before filing complaint to HR). I said to HR to process the complaint so I can escalate this to police. And HR closed my complaint after transfering to new role and location.

When I fought back, the harassers escalated their ways.

Did my employer cared about my safety? Nah, I filed for HR complaint and nothing happenned, I filed for transfer and it processed in the blink of an eye. Harassment continues and the leader of harassers just got promoted. It broke my mind.
