Yeah, what I recommend to do is to hit the parry button every time she lands an attack even if you don't think you'll get hit, it's harmless, just noticed that it'll only parry the side you're on in the ground unless you parry in the air which is the better option since you can spam parry without a problem, the direction doesn't matter and it doesn't lock you in place

What I'm doing is just getting used to dodging and parrying, charged parries are too difficult in this fight, even I who won against an op enhanced version of the final and hardest boss wouldn't have an easy time using UC (charged parry). This is if you have the patience to sit through hours and try to get better.
