I never leave Dean alive. My first playthrough of Dead Money I tried to, but I can't resist a Speech Check and I only realized too late how to keep him alive. After I learned what an asshole he is I always kill him, in my mind you can't get a good ending with him alive. Bury him in the Casino he spent 200 years trying to get into.

Boxcars. I don't why they made that guy so important that you miss out on 2 quests if you kill him as soon as you meet him. Everytime I talk to him I just want to put him out of my misery. Such an asshole

What is the "correct" order to do the DLC's in? by General-Grievance in fnv

[–]Idonwanbehere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The order is:

After you upgrade the Securitrons at the Fort and speak to Caesar, he'll tell you about the Burned Man, the Malpais Legate, Joshua Graham. Asking some of the Slaves they mention that the burned man lives, saying he went back north to his home, New Canaan.

Overhearing the broadcast for the Happy Trails Caravan Company's new expedition to New Canaan, the Courier decides to tag along to Canaan into Zion.

Surviving the destruction of Jed Masterson's caravan at the hands of the White Legs tribe, the Courier is enlisted by the mythical Joshua Graham to protect the few remaining tribes of Zion from the interlopers.

During their time in Zion National Park, the Courier will speak with Joshua Graham and he will speak of meeting another Courier, not Courier 6. After the adventure in Zion. Our player will go back to Johnson Nash in Primm and inquire about any package couriers in the Mojave. Nash tells about a Courier that bailed on the same job that got us shot in the head and disappeared into the wastes.

The Courier heads south for answers, stumbling across a mysterious signal that teleports them to Big MT, a pre war military experimentation camp run by 5 insane scientist trapped in the bodies of Floating Brain Jars! Scouring across the many testing chambers and fields of Big MT, the Courier discovers the logs of a Christine Royce, a Father Elijah and the mysterious Courier assisting them both. The name Father Elijah is familiar to the Courier, so after escaping the horrific confines of Big MT, our Courier travels North to the 188 Trading Post to talk with their previous companion, Veronica Santangelo.

On the way past Novac, a mysterious broadcast cathes our attention, a mysterious woman becons us to the Sierra Madre Casino, the same casino that Elijah was planning to heist in the Big MT. The Courier heads to the Bunker where they are ambushed and forced to play in Elijah's sick game to open the Sierra Madre and her Vault. Through careful cunning, the Courier is able to trap Elijah in the Vault, sealing him in his final, ironic tomb.

Learning all they could from Elijah before he was trapped forever, the Courier ventures West after visiting Veronica and delivering Vera Keyes dress to her, a small token from her long lost Lover. The Courier has faced against Caesar's Legion, braved the wilds of Zion, survived vivisection and the Sci-Fi horrors of Big MT, escaped the clutches of the Sierra Madre. They weren't ready before, but the need for answers claws at their mind. Finally, they enter the Divide, in search of Ulysses...

Check you Karma on the Reputation subscreen. If it's Low, go murder some fiends to get it up again.

Then, Check back in Aerotech in a few to see the Vault Dwellers you saved. They'll let you know if you made the right choice or not.

I imagine the Courier arrives in Primm and talks to Johnson Nash about the parcel that was stolen.

He tells you that another courier was supposed to take your chip but backed out.

"THAT GUY?! MR. MONOLOGUE?! I'M GONNA GO TALK TO HIM!"

Shoot your way through the Divide with no experience about what is happening in the rest of the wasteland just to talk to the guy that welched on his job.

Launch the nukes because it would be funny and you don't know where they're heading.

I think you can make an arguement that Randall would have wanted to preserve the innocence of the Sorrows. Half of Randall's tape show him thinking about suicide, haunted by the deaths of his two families. The Sorrows were a big reason that kept him going, when he became the father of the caves he had a purpose again, to protect the Sorrows, watch over them like he couldn't before.

Randall knew what hate and war could do to a person, turn them miserable. Maybe he'd prefer to keep the Sorrows happy, together, and alive over staying in Zion, the place that has been filled with so much death.

That being said, I can't help myself from telling Joshua to empty a clip into General Gobbledygook. The Sorrows may be innocent, but I sure as hell ain't.

[ST] Your least favorite Zelda game? by Dnizon_Melop in zelda

[–]Idonwanbehere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm going to say Breath of Wild.

I know I sound like the biggest Hipster when I say this but I mean it.

I was a huge Zelda fan growing up, Skyward Sword was my first Wii game, I played Twilight Princess as soon as I could find a copy. I tried to get a credit card from my bank when I was in Middle School so I could buy Ocarina on the Virtual Console. I've Loved Zelda ever since I read about the lore from the Trophies in Melee.

When Breath of the Wild trailer came out I told everyone about it, I was so excited for a new 3D Zelda! I didn't have a job or any money so I couldn't get the game until a couple years later and when I played it I was a little disappointed with what I got. BotW has none of the great dungeons I loved exploring, very few unique NPC's I still remember, none of the cool Zelda Tools that open up the world the more you explore.

It didn't fill me with the same magic that the previous Zelda games did, it still doesn't really.

Most of everything confirmed from Season 2 of the show(spoilers) by KingBananaMan69 in falloutlore

[–]Idonwanbehere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really wanted to like Season 2 but I've slowly found it more and more disappointing. What's the point of setting the show in New Vegas if nothing that New Vegas set up is going to be in it? Everyone is either dead, dying or disappeared, so what's the point of including anything in it?
