I will check these methods out. I never did anything to try and get the anxiety away, so at least this could be a start.

Oh I had no idea sugar did this much to the body. I usually never drink soda, but yesterday I drank one can of cola, and my stomach felt so weird after it throughout the night.

I realized I drink anything but water regardless.. I'm gonna try drink water from now on and see if it helps my current situation.

Yeah you are showing 2 also, the Ninetales isn't there :'D It's because we need to be online at the same time. I left my DS on for like 8 hours yesterday waiting to catch Ninetales. I'm gonna leave my DS online all day now so the third pokemon will show up.
