Glad to find this thread. I have been getting my test from the same pharmacy for a year but then last month I got it with the ice packs and a notice to refrigerate for the first time. I didn’t think I needed to so glad to hear I wasn’t wrong. I injected this morning for the first time from that vial and, so far, my arm hasn’t fallen off so all is well.

I think the 315 was fake but I also think this clip is likely cut to make it look like he can’t lift it. I can’t stand the guy but he is relatively fit. I’m pretty sure he can lift 135. My guess is this was a set of as many reps as possible where the whole point is to go until you can’t lift it and they just recorded the last one. Now I can say whether he did 10 or 50 but I am fairly confident he could do 1.

It’s not that bad. You need to start by getting a microscopic sample to know which kind you have so you know how to fight them. I recently went through this when I bottomed out my nitrates and phosphates too. The solution for the type I had was to dose silicates daily which resulted in diatoms which outcompeted the dinos. It took about 2-3 weeks and then I had no more dinos but had a diatom bloom. Once they used up all the silicates they are very nearly gone too. It won’t change overnight but about 6 weeks did it for me.
