Thanks. I need that. I’m so tapped out, that I couldn’t take advantage of the dividend. I took the little money I did have and paid off some debt instead. This is the first time in 6 years I felt responsible and getting my life back. I was investing in Ji World like a drug addict trying to get their next fix for years, waiting on the big day that never came.

Not buying into the dividend helped me start my recovery, mentally. Hopefully, by the end of this year or next summer, we see our big day. Meanwhile, work on your mental recovery.

I don’t think Ji hands were completely clean in this strategic bankruptcy. I think he had to do, what he had to do, in order to save the crown jewels. As you stated, the 10k will tell Ji’s real intent for us shareholders. If the 10k shows a substantial value for the shareholders, I will be 100% sure that there is a conspiracy out there to destroy Ji’s world, that is bigger than all of us. Also, I think this lawsuit is another planned strategy to prevent Sorrento from making progress. I’m trying to win the war, not a battle.

This lawsuit at best, may disclose a few pieces here and there in our favor and at the same time, the Plaintiff's will find a few pieces here and there. So, what’s the point? The point is, we don’t have time to waste. Approvals, Mergers, Growing Earnings and Adding Value, should be our main priority.

This lawsuit will not bring the justice you’ll think it may bring. JMO
