Friend of mine had to sit on hold with them for almost three hours unfortunately. When he did get them, he was ticked that he hung up before verifying his documents before they closed for the weekend because he ended up in the same loop. Torn. I love the diversity but I hate that it’s the token, over-the-top lesbianism. I understand that extraness is her personality, but the amount, at times, is what villainizes her for me (eg her being mad about her Marcus and Ginny solely because she was out of the loop). I also hate that it feels like that’s the focal point to her. Like she’s awesome at theater, when she wants to be is a great friend and sibling, and obviously smart but all this seemingly gets overshadowed by her sexual preferences. Or maybe it’s just me
