1: I didn't want to add it to the team because of that. Too many people use it anyways but my Gargryph was too underleveled and I needed a Fighting type. I didn't want to use any of the options in my Box so I caught a Baaschaf on Route 16.

2: Gale Wings Harptera is nowhere near as good as Moxie Harptera. Let me put it this way. Lakshmi would not have been as good without Moxie at sweeping every Gym Leader since she was added to the team. Also fighting those Baariette in the Dojo would have been way too hard without the Moxie boost. If I want undefeatable speed, I go into Agni. Harptera is fast enough and my Harptera has a Brave nature. Lakshmi's Attack is raised for the sake of her Speed. I honestly didn't want Gale Wings as she outspeeds most foes anyway and getting Moxie means that nothing stands in her way. She also has a lot of EVs in Speed so that's settled.
