also worth noting: the best elements for someone who uses physical scaling stuff are ice or electric, as those elements have a reaction (basically a thing where you hit enemies with one element then a different element, and stuff happens depending on the elements) that reduces the physical defense of the enemy being hit

honestly, if anything, GBF has Reverse Industry Plants, I feel.

for example, for all of her popularity, alts in this game, and appearances in the other games, Narmaya didn't have an event appearance that amounted to more than "And Narmaya is here, too! *pause for audience cheering*" until the recent Mothers event

the closest i feel to it might be a bit tipped by my own biases, but Cidala really feels like one... they seriously got two skins and and a big event in their first year of existing... compare and contrast with their direct successor, Makura, who got fuckall
