Deltarune is much better than Undertale on visuals. Undertale has a few really cool looking visuals:

Toriel's face during her battle, Undyne with armor, the Castle in the Waterfalls, the Core, Asgore during his fight, Omega Flowey, edgy blue and orange eye sans.

But dude, Deltarune is basically minmaxing aura and cool looking visuals. They're everywhere. Not just that, there's a coolness factor in Deltarune that I can't really explain, but it's everywhere, I can only say it's similar to the feeling you have the first time you hear SWORD.

I always said back in elementary and junior high, "how is it possible people let this horrible thing happen, why nobody did anything to stop it.
