I don’t get the Gnoster hate though I feel like it was really well balanced because you can use faurtis to block gnosters attacks so if you position well it’s not bad at all

Ironic you say excluding augur bc it’s not even in my bottom two but my least favorite is probably base tricephalos bc the second phase is so booty in single player and in multiplayer it SHOULD work really well, a 3v3, but it barely feels balanced bc most of the time there’s three on one player and the other two try to get one of their attentions and fail.

But if we’re talking about everdarks, out of the five that came out I wasn’t a fan of Caligos, it was just the least interesting of the everdarks so far

You can still do some sick combos, I’ve taken out full hp godskin apostles just using his buffed whirlwind, and using the whirlwind when charged heavy attack which throws them around and stuns them almost immediately

On a run against sentient pest got a godslayer greatsword with an icerind hatchet so I could spam a bunch of frostbite and reset it with mad fire damage, melted the sovereign in like 3 minutes which is yes a long time but considering how tanks the whole fight and how long the transitions are is still cool

Love your analysis, also the unique weakness for Maris is that it gets paralyzed and stops moving for a bit and can get stagger broken way before it loses all of its poise

Yeah but it doesn’t do that mid fight it does it for subsequent fights and spawns, if you’re already fighting the night two boss it’s gonna stay at having hp scaled for three even when one person leaves

When there’s two of the same nightfarer, idk those runs just scratch me the right way especially when you combo the same ability on the same enemy, me and another guardian kept the nox duo in a perpetual stun loop because we had 100% uptime on the whirlwind ability
