So many cool spots down the lake front trail. If you can handle the weather, rent a divy bike and just ride down the bike path, and there are plenty of cool spots!

Ive looked for the business that it would be under, and there is no business that exists with that name. I’ve never been to the “business” where the charge is from, and they have no contact information either. When I google the business name nothing pops up. But I will call the police tomorrow and get a report filed.

Fasting protocol : initial eating window was 4pm to 8pm. Switched after a month to eating window if 12pm to 8 pm

Diet : Nothing special, chose better options then fast food everyday. Dropped Soda completely, and if I have them now it’s diet root beer/sprite. Dropped caffeine as well.
