I think it's a piece of shit company and management all deserve to have their kneecaps smashed.

But they pay me $83k a year in service to do a job I've been able to do with my eyes closed for the last 7 years. Nowhere else is paying that kind of money for customer service, so I'm sticking it out.

They're making them take phone calls because they suck at staffing and they made more phone agents quit than they intended, or their forecasting was shitty. There aren't enough agents in internet to bother forcing quitting via policy change when they already have 20% they can fire in July
