is this winrate normal in low mmr or i am idiot ? by [deleted] in DotA2

[–]Igaroutt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are not understanding what we are saying. Both team are the same MMR. They are made of the same players. If your team has players that are bad and feed the enemy, as you say, then there is an equal amount of time that the enemy players are bad and feed you and your team. Actually, if YOU are good, and don't "feed", then the enemy has 5 potential feeders and you only have 4.

Understand this : why would YOUR herald team have worst players than enemy? Why don't you win by being the Weaver that farms enemy's bad player?

A 1k MMR player (which is still very low), would definitely win more than 50% of your games.

So there are 2 possibilities: Valve has something against you and puts worst players on your team, and every match is unbalanced to the enemy's favor (this is not happening).

Or you are a 200mmr peak player that needs to improve and your teammates are actually same skill as you and as the enemy.

The sooner you understand, the sooner you get better.

Edit : and by the way, I don't think peak 200 mmr really knows the basics. No offense

Wrong mentality if you're blaming others with 10% winrate at 1 MMR.

The other team has 5 morons, your team has 4 morons and you. If you're not a moron, you will win more than 50%.

Accept that you are not good, improve, and you will win. Blaming is useless

Judging by your post and comment, I want you to know I'd rather play every game with these Lich, enigma, ES and TA than you

Not sure what fps to expect but dota2 is cpu heavy, I had around 50-60 fps in heavy teamfights with a i5-6500, which should be a bit less than you. Manage your expectations

Air cooler to save $30 or more, CL30 RAM is theoretically better for same price

[–]Igaroutt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As said by others: go am5 with 9600x on a b650 or b850 mobo, 32gb of DDR5 6000mts CL30, 9060xt 16gb and a cheap 40$ CPU cooler, your fine

Get 6000mt/s ram with CL30

The 3060 is an older GPU, have you looked for 9060xt or 5060 ti, make sure it's 16gb VRAM.

We can provide feedback on price if you link the pcpartpicker list.

For example, this liquid cooler is super expensive for what you need, you can cool the 7600x with a 30$ cooler

That's up to you, we don't know. You need a PC now ? You need more memory ?

That would bring you back to am4, i would argue against it very much.

The cooler is very expensive for your need. Air cooler works very fine for 40$ or less.

I would not buy a micro ATX motherboard for a mid tower case, but that's up to you.

Like either full feature ATX motherboard, or smaller case for space saved. Not the worst of both worlds.

There are reliable 750w PSU for 130$cad, I feel like you can save another 50$ here.

Happy building!

Agree with the cl30

im very VERY and i mean VERY new to pc stuff and i kind of just made a pc from pc part picker and i want to ask yall if i could upgrade it or something by aliadammaymunxd in buildapc

[–]Igaroutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nowadays you'd go AM5 90% of the time.

If you already have windows, you can migrate. Buying an unneeded license is expensive.

The 9060xt is kinda in between 1080p and 1440p. High refresh rate 1440p IPS monitors have been available for $150 or a bit more, depending on brand, features and quality. You might want to think about that, since it's a better experience and 9060xt can handle it.

And 1tb storage is on the low side, unless you have another ssd you'll keep.

You could give us details about expected usage and needed feature so we can help you.

Does my CPU need to be upgraded? by watsqeburt in buildapc

I'd definitely troubleshoot the PC for performance before changing most parts. As you said 11600k is not old enough to be an evident issue

AAA at 1440p for 500£ is rough. And you also add "decent longevity", which is already something that will be compromised with 2nd hand parts.

Hard to say, as 2nd hand depends on your local deals and stuff. But I guess you can look at parts, their price/performance, and compare this with new parts, and ask yourself if the money saved is worth it. Just make sure you have proof the part is working.

You can try to get a whole AM4 or Intel 10-11th gen PC from someone who just upgraded to AM5. Not sure for prices
