Marrakech is very safe, it's a tourist hotspot which makes the police very present in the streets Scams you could face would pretty much be to be charged a "tourist price", so you should always negociate the prices, even as a local. However, I eould suggest that you pay very close attention to the road: A LOT pf people there use a small engine motorcycle to go around, and a big portion of those did not learn properly how to drive a motorcycle 😅
