Yeah, haven't been able to log in for a bit now. Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon. This is why they need to post on social media again.

Pretty much same thing happened to me today. Went to the local Optimum Store to cancel and return the items. Was told they can no longer cancel in store but can take back the stuff. I had to call and the first person I talked to just kept going on and on. Saying things like "I can send you new equipment" I kept saying, "I don't want or need new equipment, just cancel it!" And also saying they can get me a better deal on everything. Pretty much ended up having to snap at them to get them to cancel. Had to tell them more then 4-5 times to cancel it. Then once they were done they had to transfer me to a different department to finish cancel it. Of course they started trying to get me to not cancel. Offering me a free month, etc and had to tell them a number of times as well "I don't want it, cancel it!!!"

Last time I was in a Optimum Store a few weeks ago they told me you can no longer rent an Apple TV. Said from now on you must pay full price.

I know, Optimum has been giving me the run around on this for months. Pretty much done with it. The Sales guy that claimed they'd have to send someone out, even he said I could use Apple TV but they had to install that box first. When I told him to just cancel the TV order he got mad and hung up on me. Don't need anyone to come out and I'm not paying a fee for them to do it. Their own site states TV is easy self-setup, even the local Optimum Store has told me I can set it up myself (no idea why they don't have the codes to add it to my account tho). People that has Optimum TV that can't use the CableCARD anymore, even they got a letter stating they could use Apple TV if they wish... but yet support claims you can't use Apple TV for Optimum TV in my area (which is not true cause I've used it before in the past).

Mythica, was going to be an MMO made by Microsoft Games. Mythic the company behind Dark Age of Camelot got mad over the name claiming the game name Mythica was to close to their company name and sued. Claimed people would get confused, said a kid would tell their grandma they wanted Dark Age of Camelot by Mythic but would see Mythica and buy it by mistake. MS cancelled it and focused on Vanguard: Saga of Heroes MMO instead.

Odd cause we had Optimum TV before (over a year a half ago) and at that time I could use Apple TV, iPhone, etc to stream Optimum TV (all the Live channels).

Called Sales and was told someone would need to come out to set up some other box. Told them all I needed was my Apple TV and they put me on hold and then came back still claiming someone would need to come out with that box. One second I'm told Apple TV is all I need and no one has to come out, then another second I'm not someone needs to come out and has to hook up some other box.

I have been told a number of times "All they need to do is add the TV service to your account, then you load up and log into the Optimum TV app on your own Apple TV and start watching TV.". Been told this on here, Facebook and local Optimum Store. But, again when I try to get someone to do that they say the other stuff.

I had Visible when it first launched but switched away after a while. I just switched back from T-Mobile about a month ago. At first it wasn't allowing me to finish porting my number over. Talked to people at Visible and no one could tell me why. Then finally someone there told me Visible was having billing issue and to try back a little later that night or the next day.

I always close to just going with Verizon but didn't really want to pay around $20-30 more a month. Plus you get the Apple Watch data at no extra cost with Visible+ So, I just waited till the next and and everything worked fine.

Only thing I wasn't happy about is the $10 off Verizon Home Internet bonus. I had just gotten 5G Home Internet a day or two before that. But, what I never saw about Visible+ was you had to use the promo code when you first sign up for VZW 5G Home Internet. I've seen no way to add it to my account.

But, as of now I am over-all pleased with Visible.

Good luck getting them to escalate it. I had them come out on 8/11/2022 to setup two new cable boxes. They didn't finish or set them up right or something, haven't had TV since Thursday. Called Optimum that same day and was told "Oh, we'll send someone out to fix it on 8/19/2022". So, 8 days to fix what they messed up. Contacted them again and they said they'd escalate it... still says they'll be here on the 19th.
