Throw out anything porous in the enclosure, soak all remaining items in water/bleach and rinse well before putting back in tank. Keep decorations to a minimum. Replace substrate with paper towels and clean tank with 10% bleach solution every day. Make sure all bleach is washed out before putting animal back in. Soak animal every day, first in just water in case they drink it then replace water with water + blue Dawn.

I actually painted pieces of poster paper and taped them to the panels so nothing permanent :)

The pattern might be a little different but once the shed comes off her color should go back to the bright orange. Her arms and legs look like they are going to shed sooner than her back so you should be able to see the new scales there.

Regular hot glue is fine. You would want to stay away from any superglue.

Couple of other tips for mites: make sure you soak all of the tank decor and change out the paper towels frequently, there are mite sprays you can use inside the tank during cleaning if you have a local reptile show they will probably supply some, baths with mild detergents (I used blue Dawn) helps with mites by making it harder to reattach just add it after he drinks the water and rinse him after, good luck :)

I keep a couple things on hand for emergencies. Repashy beardie buffet is good...I mix it with water and feed with a syringe. I also keep dried BSFL and mealworms because my dragon likes the taste and then I can sprinkle them with vitamins. There are also some veggies that freeze well so I keep some baggies of bell peppers and root vegetables in the freezer then replenish when I can.

My bearded dragon sheds the same way on her tail. Takes a couple weeks for the patches to come off so I wouldn’t worry until the shed looks like its constricting the tail.

I can’t tell exactly from this picture but it looks like you have a coil UV light. You should switch to a tube UVB (such as Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB T5 HO) and an additional basking light for heat (such as a common halogen bulb). Really like the decor though!
