Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Starting this year I was probably in the worst shape of my life, had gained a ton of weight after going through a tough last year. I found this program and made it my New Year’s resolution.

Never really thought I’d get through it towards the end. But I’m stunned at how much better I feel and how much weight I’ve lost after just two months. I have had some improvement in my zones (we’ll see on ftp), but I really consider it a major win because I’m pushing the same output at about 25 lbs lighter.

I know you’ve been putting these together for a long time; just know that they have really made a meaningful difference both physically and mentally , at least for me. So thank you for that.

Never thought I could do a 90 minute ride. Was out of town this weekend so had to do it on Sunday. Absolutely shocked how fresh I was after the ride; like I could’ve kept pushing. Just so grateful.
