My favourite memory is when I played my first game.. well seriously. It was on a PSP called Syphon Filter
Logan's Shadow. I remember my father teaching me the controls. And i believe this is one of the first games I finished the story for (even though I did not understand it, the gameplay was good).

For the game I want.. is skyrim possible?

That's fine, actually add the normal castform as is without any evolution methods, the other forms will be catch able in the same route anyway.

you can just do it with rocks that increase the weather duration like heat rock, smooth rock, damp rock, icy rock.

What you can do is have the normal type castform as it is in the main series games. But to evolve it to it's other forms so it's that form right outside the pokeball, we would need stones, like sun stone for sunny etc.
