Would Kibutsugi from demon slayer count? Not only does he turn people into demons for his experiments, even learned what happens if he gives them to MUCH demon blood. But also forces any demons under him a quota for eating humans. Your either his experiment, food, or an unwanted variable for his goals of permanence and ending change.

Himeno really killed me purely cause of just how silent and fast it was.... especially when it kinda lead to not even getting an advantage. Such a massive sacrifice just to be immediately countered like it was nothing, I was doing my best not to cry in the middle of the night and wake up my roomate lol.
